KHVT is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the construction of free public skateboard parks in the St. Louis, Mo. area, and to promoting skateboarding as a fun, healthy activity for both youths and adults.

KHVT was founded in support of the Kinghighway D.I.Y. skatespot, built between 2009 and 2015 by local skateboarders under the South Kinghshighway viaduct. When "the bridge" was demolished in July 2015, St. Louis was left with no free public skateparks. Since then, KHVT has built one new park, the Peter Mathews Memorial Skate Garden, and is working to create even more. Donations of time, labor, materials and money are welcome!

*** ATTENTION ARTISTS!!!!!!! ***

We have been offered the use of a local private gallery for a fundraiser! We are planning on having a 1 night showing with art for sale with a portion if not all of the sales going to the concrete fund! If you are an artist or know an artist interested in a space at this show please contact us at kings.highway@yahoo.com so we can send you an entry form! We will also have a small demo that night as well! This will be well publicized and an opportunity for all you artists to get some exposure! Obviously skate art would be nice but any art you wanna sell will be accepted. We are shooting for early November so contact us soon as space is limited. Thx  B.
