Everyone attending the May 13-15 event at Hermann's Hole must sign the above waiver. They are on the back of the flyers and we will have some at the entrance to the event. You can also click on the above image of the waiver for full size version and print it off yourself. If you are under 18 it must be signed by your guardian and if they are not present at the event then it will have to be notarized. Your guardian can have this done at any Bank.
Directions to the "Hole" will be posted a few days before the event. It is in the Hermann Mo. area.
