KHVT is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the construction of free public skateboard parks in the St. Louis, Mo. area, and to promoting skateboarding as a fun, healthy activity for both youths and adults.

KHVT was founded in support of the Kinghighway D.I.Y. skatespot, built between 2009 and 2015 by local skateboarders under the South Kinghshighway viaduct. When "the bridge" was demolished in July 2015, St. Louis was left with no free public skateparks. Since then, KHVT has built one new park, the Peter Mathews Memorial Skate Garden, and is working to create even more. Donations of time, labor, materials and money are welcome!

Since the passing of Ryan Brinkmann in January 2016, several thousand dollars have been raised to honor his memory. The people who organized the fundraisers have asked KHVT to hold onto the money. It's time to ask people how it should be used. So KHVT has created a very brief Google survey to gather people's ideas and opinions.

IT HAS BEGUN!!! We still need your help!!

 

Construction is underway at Peter Mathews Memorial Skate Garden!!! We still need your help!!

We are still in need of materials for building like rebar and wood for forms!! Please bring them to the site or contact us at 
for pickup!!

Also If you are interested in helping out feel free to come out to the site Monday through Saturday to lend Team Pain and KHVT a helping hand!!
